McFall Fuel in Tauranga, New Zealand is seeking a Customer Experience Support superstar to join our growth-focused team. This role goes beyond standard service, acting as a problem-solver and relationship-builder to help customers get what they need while collaborating across Operations, Planning, Finance and Sales.

You’ll support customers across phone, email and digital channels, assist with onboarding and account support, and continually look for smarter ways to work to deliver exceptional

This is more than a customer service role. You'll be the problem solver, relationship builder and go-to person who helps customers get what they need while working closely with teams across the business to deliver exceptional service. You'll play a key role in creating experiences that keep our customers coming back.
