McFall Fuel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, content creation, events and brand management across the business in Tauranga.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix while collaborating with our Marketing & Communications Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Creating and scheduling social media content.
• Assisting with digital marketing and email campaigns.
• Updating website content and maintaining online assets.
• Designing marketing materials, presentations, and branded collateral.
• Working with internal stakeholders to gather content and coordinate approvals.
• Supporting conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, community activations, and company events.
• Maintaining marketing templates, brand assets, and marketing calendars.
• Assisting with campaign reporting, marketing metrics, and supplier coordination.
