This isn't just about reporting numbers. It's about improving how we manage inventory, optimise supply, understand asset performance, enhance customer outcomes, and create operational visibility across a fast-moving national network.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll become a key analytical resource within our Supply & Logistics team, helping drive smarter decision-making across inventory, logistics, fleet, tank assets and operational performance.

You’ll
  • Analyse inventory, stock holding and supply chain performance

  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities across the supply network
  • Support inventory optimisation and replenishment planning
  • Deliver business insights that improve service levels and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate fleet and tank asset reporting
  • Help improve systems, processes and data quality
  • Reduce manual administration through automation and smarter reporting
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and Sales teams to solve problems and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For

We're interested in people who are naturally curious, analytical and enjoy solving problems.

You’ll Ideally Bring
  • Strong analytical and numerical capability
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working with ERP, inventory or operational systems
  • Power BI experience or a strong desire to expand your capability
  • The ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Why McFall Fuel?

This is a rare opportunity to join a business that is actively transforming.

You’ll Have The Chance To
  • Influence how decisions are made
  • Build reporting and analysis capability from the ground up
  • Work on projects that directly impact business performance
  • Partner with leaders across the business
  • Help modernise systems, processes and visibility across a growing operational network

If you're the sort of person who loves data, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to help drive the next stage of growth for a New Zealand business that's going places, we'd love to hear from you.
