Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand, home to the BNT brand, is seeking a reliable Trade Delivery Specialist to ensure on‑time delivery of automotive parts and on‑site merchandising. You will build trust with customers, manage scheduled and ad hoc workshop support calls, replenish stock, and support branch needs with a proactive service mindset.

The role requires a full NZ driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to lift items up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or exposure to customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reasonable typing ability and computer literacy.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled and ad hoc workshop support calls.
• Replenish consumables and workshop stock to minimise disruption.
• Maintain and merchandise customer stands for presentation.
• Use visits to build trust and identify service issues.
• Record customer observations and follow up opportunities.
• Represent BNT professionally to trade customers.
• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Load and unload stock with proper documentation.
• Follow routes and delivery timelines.
• Record customer credits and returns details for credit processing.
