Job summary

Econic Laundry Solutions, a New Zealand-owned specialist in commercial laundry equipment, is seeking a commercially minded, highly organized Sales & Customer Coordinator for our Auckland team. You will own inbound sales, prepare quotations, and manage orders from sale through dispatch and invoicing.

You will coordinate with the wider sales and operations teams, maintain CRM records, and support campaigns, social media, and digital content to keep customers engaged and informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and a hands-on, organised approach to coordination.
• Comfortable with sales support tasks and processing quotes and orders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound sales enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries.
• Process orders for the smaller equipment range.
• Coordinate delivery and order progression with operations teams.
• Maintain CRM records and customer information.
• Support sales campaigns and digital content updates.
