Job summary

Apparel HQ in New Plymouth is seeking a Customer & Apparel Coordinator to join the team. The role blends customer service, order coordination and day-to-day administration to keep the retail store running smoothly.

You will manage inquiries in-store, over the phone and by email, coordinate orders, verify sizing and branding, and maintain accurate information while building relationships with schools, clubs and local organisations.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident juggling multiple orders and priorities.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, proactive approach to customer service.
• Good computer skills and confidence in learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and responsive customer service in-store, over the phone and via email.
• Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to completion.
• Accurately process orders and check sizing, quantities, branding and customer requirements.
• Keep customers updated and follow up when needed.
• Support the wider team with quotes, documentation and general administration.
• Keep the retail store organised, welcoming and running smoothly.
• Build great relationships with local schools, clubs, businesses and organisations.
