Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-focused role or similar setting.
• Strong communication and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to uncover customer needs.
• Digital confidence with coaching customers through tools and technology.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ethical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with opening accounts, transactions and everyday banking needs.
• Guide small business customers through banking options and next steps.
• Match customers with the right products, tools and advice.
• Champion digital banking and promote its use to customers.
