Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Banking Adviser in Blenheim to welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through banking products. You’ll help with everyday banking, KiwiSaver, insurance, and more while delivering a great, personal experience in a busy branch environment.

You’ll work full-time in a friendly community-focused team, engaging with customers and promoting digital banking tools, with a commitment to exceptional service and ethical decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer‑focused role.
• Strong, engaging communication and trust-building abilities.
• Problem solving and identifying customer needs.
• Digital confidence to coach customers with tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with everyday banking needs and inquiries.
• Open new accounts and explain product options clearly.
• Guide customers through digital banking tools and services.
