Mainstream operates across New Zealand, and is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the Cromwell branch, ensuring safe, on-time freight movements and strong service delivery. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support local teams, and drive performance while maintaining high safety standards.

You will manage dispatch planning, coordinate resources, and uphold customer relationships within a growing national network.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on leadership and support during operational peaks and challenges.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our Cromwell operation. Based at our Cromwell site, you'll oversee day-to-day operational delivery, support and lead local teams, and ensure freight handling and transport activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This is a key operational leadership role responsible for service performance, team coordination, and maintaining the high standards Mainstream is known for.
