Job summary

World Vision New Zealand is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Dynamics CRM implementation from design through to handover. You will work with a fast-paced, AI-enabled partner to deliver trusted data and drive adoption across Supporter Care, Fundraising and Finance.

The role focuses on technical delivery leadership, design judgement and data readiness, with hands-on testing and validation valued. A fixed-term arrangement supports our children-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large CRM implementations from design to go-live.
• Proven ability to drive data migration with business ownership.
• Ability to balance scope, budget and timelines in a complex project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across design, build, data migration, integration, testing and go-live.
• Prioritise actions and keep internal teams and partner focused on critical tasks.
• Plan data migration with data engineers, secure timely business decisions and clear data ownership.
• Prepare teams for adoption through training and change readiness sign-off.
• Provide technical delivery assurance across Dynamics, Dataverse and Power Platform.
