World Vision New Zealand is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation from design and build through data migration, integration, testing, go-live, hypercare and handover. This 12-month+ fixed-term role focuses on technical delivery leadership, trusted data and teams prepared for adoption.

• Led a full CRM implementation from legacy system to go-live.
• Experience owning data migration and governance.
• Ability to challenge delivery approaches and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across design, build, data migration, integration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Prioritise actions amid competing tasks and requests.
• Lead data migration planning with data engineers and secure timely business decisions.
• Prepare teams for adoption through training and change readiness sign-off.
• Provide technical delivery assurance across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Manage partner accountability, finances and governance with concise reporting.
• Lead stabilisation and handover to business as usual with clear ownership.
