Job summary

First Focus AU is seeking a UX/Conversion Specialist to bring order to complex ANZ digital assets. You will shape customer journeys, improve conversion across acquired and existing sites, and run experiments to optimise CTAs and messaging.

You'll work with marketing, agencies and developers to deliver a scalable website experience that supports inbound leads and business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Experience improving conversion performance for lead‑generation websites.
• Strong UX, customer journey and conversion optimisation skills.
• Commercial judgement with a focus on inbound lead conversion.
• Experience with multi‑geo or multi‑market website structures.

Responsibilities

• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and inbound pathways across key websites.
• Shape website structure, UX and customer journeys for acquired and existing audiences.
• Run practical UX and conversion experiments across pages, forms and CTAs.
• Preserve trust and proof elements during brand transitions for acquisitions.
• Collaborate with agencies, developers and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable experiences.
