First Focus is seeking a UX/conversion specialist to bring order to complex, multi-geo websites across ANZ. You will focus on improving lead conversion, shaping customer journeys and running practical experiments while collaborating with agencies and internal teams to deliver a scalable website experience for customers.

The role emphasizes usable, trustworthy pages, brand transitions, and maintenance-friendly implementations that support growth and acquisition-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Experience improving conversion performance for lead-generation websites.
• Strong UX and customer journey skills.
• Commercial judgement focused on inbound leads.
• Experience with multi-geo website structures.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical website requirements.
• Experience working with agencies, developers or implementation partners.
• Technical literacy across websites, CMS and UX implementation.

Responsibilities

• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and inbound pathways.
• Shape website structure, UX and journeys for audiences.
• Run UX and conversion experiments on pages, forms, proof points, CTAs.
• Make brand transitions clear and reassure acquired customers.
• Preserve trust, proof and conversion elements from acquired sites.
• Collaborate with agencies, developers and internal teams to deliver scalable experiences.
