Digitas New Zealand, a leading connected experience agency in Auckland, is seeking a mid-level Digital Designer to craft engaging digital experiences across CRM, websites and campaigns. You’ll blend strong craft with conceptual thinking and work with cross-functional teams.

With 3–5 years’ digital design experience and a robust portfolio, you’ll own creative concepts, deliver polished artwork, and explore AI-enabled design ideas in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' digital design experience in a digital/creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across websites, CRM or digital campaigns.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exposure to After Effects or motion design is highly regarded.
• Experience delivering polished final artwork and understanding user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital experiences across CRM, customer journeys, websites, landing pages, EDMs and other digital touchpoints.
• Translate briefs into compelling, user-focused creative solutions from concept through delivery.
• Partner with copywriter, strategists, developers and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to rapid concept development and creative ideation for digital experiences and campaigns.
• Create high-quality static, interactive and motion-based assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Own projects, present design rationale and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with strong craft and attention to detail.
• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance thinking and output.
• Champion creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
• Support evolution of digital design systems, assets and best practices.
