This full-time, permanent opportunity will see you play an important role in supporting the Contracts Manager and wider Property Unit to deliver high-quality contract management across a diverse portfolio of property-related operational and capital contracts. You’ll provide essential administrative, financial and quality assurance support throughout the contract lifecycle, with a particular focus on service contracts, property leases and capital construction contracts. Your work will help ensure our facilities remain compliant, safe and fit for purpose while supporting effective procurement, financial management and contractor performance.
We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar role before and understands the practical requirements of tendering, procurement and contract administration. You’ll bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable approach. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you’ll be able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of service, even when working under pressure. Your clear communication and relationship‑building skills will enable you to work confidently with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
