Tātaki Auckland Unlimited is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead planning, scoping and delivery of complex civic or technical building projects across our venues in Auckland.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with building codes, while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors in a fast-paced, live environment where the show must go on.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager preferably with proven experience delivering complex civic or technical building projects, along with strong knowledge of critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, fire, structural, and water.
In this role, you will act as the client-side Project Manager, planning, scoping and overseeing the delivery of physical works across our venues. You’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards – all within a fast-paced, live environment where the show must go on.
