  • High level of problem solving, technical proficiency or experience in managing building services, façade, weathertightness, fit-out or general building renewals projects
  • Exceptional technical, project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of the inner workings of large, publicly accessible and/or events buildings and what it takes to keep them open, fully operational, safe and fit-for-purpose
  • Thorough knowledge of the building code, consents and related regulatory requirements
  • Good understanding of Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services and NZS3910 contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Likes to mentor and share knowledge
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Suitable qualifications in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable but experience counts
