Job summary

AllRecruits in Tauranga is seeking a Contract Business Analyst for a 12-month-plus assignment. You will identify current state processes and collaborate with the business and solutions delivery teams to document future state requirements.

Responsibilities include modelling processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and building scenario models to support decisions. On-site 2–3 days every other week; start within 1 month of offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a dedicated technical Business Analyst.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with requirement gathering, modelling business processes and facilitating workshops.
• Experience writing business cases and specifications.
• Understanding of database structures and relational theory.
• Strong presentation skills across multiple levels.
• ERP experience, ideally SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Identify and modelling of business processes.
• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Developing scenario models and capturing metrics to support decision-making.
• Establishing relationships with functional units.
• Creating detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Translating requirements for stakeholders and teams.
• Conducting analysis and research on business problems.
• Assist with introduction of solutions to business units.
• Design, implement and support business application software.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
• On-site presence in Tauranga 2 or 3 days every other week.
• Start within 1 month of offer.
