Job summary

Platinum Recruitment – Oamaru, South Island is seeking a Construction & Civil Consultant to drive road maintenance initiatives in the Otago region. The role focuses on building stakeholder relationships, tendering, and leading business growth while ensuring contract delivery and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in roading maintenance and construction.
• Proven success in leading and managing civil and/or road maintenance contracts or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and sub-contractors.
• Leading diverse teams and identifying areas of development.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Attitude is key; drive, determination and ambition.
