Job summary

Millennium Services Group seeks an experienced Night Operations Supervisor to lead night cleaning teams across Christchurch and Timaru. You will visit sites, ensure quality, support staff, and resolve operational issues to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, rostering skills, health and safety knowledge, and the flexibility to work 8:00 PM–2:00 AM Wednesday to Sunday. Competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience

• Proactive approach and pride in delivering great service
• Must hold a Full Driver Licence to operate company vehicle
• Must be flexible with varying start and finish times

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be visible across our Christchurch and Timaru sites, supporting our frontline teams and making sure the night operation runs smoothly.

You won't spend your night sitting behind a desk. You'll be visiting sites, checking quality, supporting your people, responding to operational issues and making decisions to keep services running.

Competitive pay rate based on experience and skills.

Wednesday-Sunday: 8:00PM to 2:00AM

What You'll Be Doing
