Job summary

Millennium Services Group in Auckland is seeking reliable Cleaners for casual positions across weekdays and weekends. You’ll perform general cleaning, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Experience in commercial cleaning is valued; you’ll work independently or as part of a team, with hours varying week to week. This role offers on-call flexibility, with an hourly rate of $24.25 and convenient central location and free parking.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (commercial cleaning experience highly regarded).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A reliable, punctual and positive work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. As this is a casual position, hours may vary week to week based on operational requirements.
• Experience using floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers or sweepers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of rubbish.
• Spot clean furniture and high-touch surfaces.
