PAE Inc Group is seeking a Contract Delivery Manager based at Devonport Naval Base in New Zealand. The role sits at the centre of contract performance, service delivery and operational coordination, collaborating with leaders and support teams to meet maintenance, compliance and customer targets.

You will oversee workflow management, reporting and contract support functions, ensuring continuous improvement and strong NZDF stakeholder partnerships to deliver excellent service outcomes.

  • Support compliance, audit and quality assurance activities.
  • Lead and support Cleaning, Grounds and support functions.
  • Monitor reporting, performance trends and operational risks.
  • Support customer satisfaction and service delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate operational responses to workflow and performance issues.
  • Support contract administration, reporting and governance activities.
  • Build strong relationships with NZDF stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.

As Contract Delivery Manager you'll oversee workflow management, service delivery performance, compliance activities, reporting and contract support functions across the site.

You'll be responsible for monitoring KPIs, identifying performance risks, supporting operational teams and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

Working closely with the Site Manager and site leadership team, you'll help drive operational performance, continuous improvement and service excellence across the contract.

What we're looking for
  • Experience in facilities management, service delivery, contract administration or operational leadership
  • Strong understanding of workflow management and performance reporting
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and service delivery activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with maintenance management or workflow systems
  • Ability to identify risks, remove barriers and drive outcomes
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full New Zealand Driver Licence
  • Ability to obtain and maintain NZDF security clearance
