You will oversee workflow management, reporting and contract support functions, ensuring continuous improvement and strong NZDF stakeholder partnerships to deliver excellent service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and contract administration.
• Strong coordination of multidisciplinary teams and service delivery activities.
• Proven track record in performance reporting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and service levels.
• Coordinate workflow management and work order progression.
• Support compliance, audit and quality assurance activities.
• Lead and support Cleaning, Grounds and support functions.
• Monitor reporting, performance trends and operational risks.
• Support customer satisfaction and service delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate operational responses to workflow and performance issues.
• Support contract administration, reporting and governance activities.
• Build strong relationships with NZDF stakeholders and operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.
