As our Talent Enablement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in creating the systems, processes, tools and insights that enable best-practice talent acquisition and internal mobility across the business. You'll work across People teams, leaders and external partners to improve how we attract talent, strengthen candidate experiences and build talent capability for the future.This is a highly influential role for someone who enjoys improving how things work. You'll lead key talent initiatives, optimise recruitment technology, use market and workforce insights to shape decisions, and drive meaningful improvements that make hiring simpler, more effective and more inclusive across NZ Post.You'll do that by:* Leading continuous improvement across recruitment and internal mobility* Optimising recruitment technology, reporting and user experience* Strengthening our employer brand and employee value proposition* Generating talent, workforce and supplier insights to inform decisions* Managing recruitment suppliers, technology partners and contingent workforce arrangements* Partnering across the business to deliver inclusive and future-focused talent practices**Mōu - About you**You're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who understands what great hiring looks like and knows how to create the conditions for it to thrive. While you're no longer focused on running recruitment processes yourself, your credibility comes from deep Talent Acquisition experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges, opportunities and trends shaping the profession today.You enjoy looking at the bigger picture and finding better ways of working. Whether it's improving processes, optimising technology, enhancing employer brand, lifting capability or using data to influence decisions, you're motivated by creating lasting improvements that have impact across an organisation. You'll be equally comfortable partnering with senior leaders, collaborating with People teams and working with external providers to drive meaningful change.You'll bring energy, pragmatism and a strong delivery mindset.
