The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 and possess a strong understanding of construction lifecycles, with excellent analytical and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler or in a similar planning role.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather information for schedule updates and resource planning.
• Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans to keep projects on track.
• Prepare regular schedule progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Ensure all schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives and milestones.
