We’re looking for a calm, reliable, and observant Awake Night Support Worker to join our Balclutha Youth team. This role is ideal for someone who prefers independent work and needs flexibility in their schedule.
You’ll be awake throughout the night, ensuring the safety and well-being of our rangatahi while they sleep. Your presence provides reassurance and stability — and you’ll step in only if support is needed. It’s a solitary role, but a vital one. This role provides consistency with full‑time hours, whilst offering unique rhythm to your work week.
