Job summary

Dress for Success Wellington Incorporated is seeking a capable Programme Coordinator to cover maternity leave for 12 months, working 24 hours per week in Wellington. You will coordinate delivered programmes, support volunteers, and partner with organisations to help people move toward employment and independence.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure records are accurate, services run smoothly, and priorities are balanced in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes, services, workshops or community activities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Confidence coordinating and supporting volunteers and partners.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfort using digital systems and common tools like Microsoft 365 and Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of programmes and services across Wellington and Hutt Valley.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and volunteers.
• Support reporting, records, and information management to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Help maintain program quality and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
