The role involves working with community groups, contractors, and staff to ensure spaces are welcoming, well maintained, and safe, handling enquiries, invoicing, and maintenance tasks with a proactive team approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong administration and data management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, property services, or related environment.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate facilities, bookings, and customer enquiries.
