Controlling the machine operation during processing.

Managing tools and supporting with tool maintenance.

Managing the CNC housekeeping and waste management.

Optimizing processing, to drive productivity and throughput on each CNC.

Work Hours and Compensation

Premium rates are available above 48 hours if there is sufficient demand and team members are willing to work longer. The minimum contract hours are 35; however, the team has never operated less than 40 hours since the plant was commissioned in 2020.

Depending on the candidates’ skills and experience, typically the starting pay would not be less than $30, with experienced and autonomous CNC Technicians typically upwards of $32 per hour (refer to advertisement pay range).
