High Duty Plastics - CNC Router Operator
High Duty Plastics is a long-established, family-owned manufacturing business specialising in quality CNC machining and the supply of finished machined components across a wide range of materials and industries.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced full time CNC Router operator to join our well-established team.
The role itself involves:
Prepare and operate flatbed CNC router machines.
Understand specifications of the task at hand and achieve the desired result by interpreting technical drawings and instructions.
Program the machines using various forms of software, usually depending on the job specifications.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with the job requirements
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Comply with all safety guidelines

Desired skills, experience and ability:
Experience in CNC Routers and or CNC Machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Can use measuring equipment such as Digital calipers, tape measure, ruler.
Willingness to learn (some on job training will be provided to get up to speed)
Fusion 360 or WoodWOP experience (an advantage but not critical)
Forklift or Crane Certificate would be an advantage
Physically fit
A pre-employment drug test will be required
