Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Product Manager to join its Cloud Services value stream in Hamilton. You will shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive commercial performance across global customers.

Working with Product Owners, engineering and sales, you will support launches, customer insights, and day-to-day product activities, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Understanding of cloud software, SaaS or subscription business models is advantageous.
• Experience developing product strategies, business cases and go-to-market approaches.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to support decision-making.
• Experience working with commercial teams and sales channels to drive product adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market opportunities and industry trends.
• Own product strategy, roadmaps and priorities that deliver customer value and business growth.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies, including SaaS and subscription models.
• Prepare business cases, product analyses and recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to support development, priorities and delivery.
• Support day-to-day product activities, including product information, sales inquiries and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with global sales teams, distributors and channel partners on launches and go-to-market activities.
• Monitor product performance and profitability, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
