Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Paid Media Manager in Hamilton to lead strategy, performance, and evolution of paid media across Gallagher Security. You will own planning, campaign development, agency management, budgeting and reporting, partnering with marketing, sales and regional teams to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline globally.

The role reports to the Head of Digital and requires 4–6+ years in paid media with hands-on experience across LinkedIn, Google and programmatic channels.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years’ experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Experience managing agency partners and campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic).
• Strong knowledge of funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and analytics/reporting tools.
• Ability to develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with brand, product, and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global paid media strategy across channels and regions.
• Develop master campaign briefs and ABM approaches aligned to priorities and accounts.
• Lead the media agency relationship and ensure campaigns launch effectively and spend stays on track.
• Use funnel and conversion data to improve performance and lead progression (MQL to SQL).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align paid activity with buyer journeys and future personalization.
