Gallagher is seeking a Product Owner to shape the future of a key security portfolio component, acting as the voice of the customer and translating market needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap.

You’ll work with customers, channel partners, delivery teams and engineers to ensure solutions deliver meaningful value, stay aligned with business goals, and remain competitive in a dynamic market. This role offers hybrid work with a Hamilton base.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product role.
• Strong customer and market understanding with external stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen including pricing and TCO awareness.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Owner to shape the future of a key part of our security portfolio. Acting as the voice of the customer, you'll work closely with customers, channel partners, delivery teams, technology partners, and industry stakeholders to understand market needs and translate them into a clear product strategy and roadmap.

From identifying opportunities and defining priorities to supporting launch and adoption, you'll ensure solutions deliver meaningful customer value, align with business objectives, and remain competitive in a constantly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Engage with customers, channel and delivery partners, technology partners and industry stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions and validate value early
• Define the product’s scaling, security-profile and deployment configuration models, setting clear targets aligned to customer needs and future product direction
• Own outcome-level prioritisation and the roadmap, bringing the customer rationale and business case while engineering leads manage the day-to-day backlog
• Partner with commercial, marketing, product and engineering teams to shape pricing, total cost of ownership and an experience that is practical for customers to deploy and operate
• Own launch readiness and the commercial go/no-go, providing a clear product narrative and feature summaries to support market release

About You

You're a commercially astute and customer-focused Product Owner who enjoys translating market insights into product strategy and action. Credible with customers, partners, and technical teams alike, you're skilled at navigating complexity, challenging conventional thinking, and building alignment around a clear vision. You combine strong communication and influencing skills with a relentless focus on customer outcomes, ensuring product decisions deliver meaningful value, drive adoption, and support long-term business success

You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role, with a track record of owning product direction rather than solely managing a backlog
• Strong customer and market understanding, with confidence engaging external stakeholders and an appreciation of how products are configured, deployed and operated
• Commercial acumen, ideally including experience with pricing, total cost of ownership and building or defending business cases
• The ability to make sense of complex, ambiguous information, validate assumptions and prioritise based on customer and commercial value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills across technical and non-technical audiences, together with fluency in agile ways of working
