Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Product Manager to join its Cloud Services value stream in Hamilton. You will shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive commercial performance across global customers.

Working with Product Owners, engineering and sales, you will support launches, customer insights, and day-to-day product activities, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar product-focused role.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Understanding of cloud software, SaaS or subscription business models is advantageous.
• Experience developing product strategies, business cases and go-to-market approaches.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to support decision-making.
• Experience working with commercial teams and sales channels to drive product adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.

About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Cloud Services value stream and help shape the future of Gallagher's cloud-based security solutions.

Cloud Services is an important part of Gallagher's evolving product portfolio, focused on delivering connected, scalable and easy-to-use security solutions for customers around the world.

Working closely with Product Owners, engineering teams and commercial stakeholders, you'll help shape product strategy, identify market opportunities and drive commercial performance. You'll be involved in everything from understanding customer needs and setting product direction through to supporting launches, sales enablement and day-to-day product activities.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role combining strategic thinking, commercial decision-making and practical execution. You'll work across Gallagher to turn customer insights into product improvements, support investment decisions and help drive adoption, growth and customer value.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, working across different teams and balancing the bigger picture with getting things done.

Key Responsibilities
