Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Product Owner to shape the future of a key security portfolio component, acting as the voice of the customer and translating market needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap.

You’ll work with customers, channel partners, delivery teams and engineers to ensure solutions deliver meaningful value, stay aligned with business goals, and remain competitive in a dynamic market. This role offers hybrid work with a Hamilton base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product role.
• Strong customer and market understanding with external stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen including pricing and TCO awareness.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, partners and delivery teams to uncover needs and shape the product roadmap.
• Define product strategy, priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, product and engineering teams on launches and adoption.
• Own launch readiness, go-to-market narrative and market release support.
