Job summary

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with aged care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven track record of building relationships.
• Experience implementing best practices and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
• Genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive impact on residents.

Responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity as a Clinical Services manager for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.
