Job summary

Heritage Lifecare in South Otago Balclutha is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead our nursing teams and deliver outstanding resident care.

You will provide effective leadership, ensure compliance with Aged Care standards, mentor clinical staff and build strong relationships with regional managers and care home teams.

Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) with competitive salary and benefits; NZ registration and aged care experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally in aged care.
• Experience in management and leadership is must.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a track record of building relationships.
• Work closely with Regional Managers and Care Home Managers to ensure compliance with Aged Care standards.
• Mentoring and support for Clinical team of nurses and caregivers.
• Experience in InterRai and Careplanning is desired.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.

About Our Role

We have a fantastic opportunity as a Clinical Services manager for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.

Skills & Experience
