Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with aged care experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven track record of building relationships.
Experience implementing best practices and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
Genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive impact on residents.

Responsibilities
