Job summary

Canopy Imaging Limited in Auckland is seeking a friendly Clinical Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our Carlton Gore Road clinic. This full-time role combines hands-on clinical assistance with administration and exceptional patient care.

Working 40 hours per week, you will be a key first point of contact for patients and help deliver a seamless experience. As part of a collaborative team, you will manage bookings, assist with imaging procedures and support radiologists while

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a patient-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational multitasking ability.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of patient privacy requirements.
• Flexible, proactive approach to team support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their visit.
• Manage patient bookings, enquiries and appointment preparation requirements.
• Assist with preparing examination rooms, equipment and patients for imaging procedures.
• Check, rotate and restock consumables; monitor linen and changing areas; report faults or hazards.
• Support radiologists and clinical staff during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient information and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Respond to patient and referrer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist patients after examinations and provide relevant follow-up information.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming clinic environment.
