Visionwest Waka Whakakitenga is an award-winning, faith-led not-for-profit organisation that has been walking alongside communities for over 30 years. With a mission to transform lives through compassion and dignity, we deliver wraparound social services across Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Christchurch. Our services address homelessness, reduce poverty, support the elderly, and provide hope for young people. We support individuals who are elderly, have physical disabilities, high medical needs, and/or challenging behaviours. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires exceptional organisation, the ability to think on your feet, and confidence working under pressure. You'll be in daily contact with a wide range of people, so strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach are key to your success.

  • Experience with rostering staff and clients
  • Problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide responsive, person-centered solutions for our clients
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Database and administration skills
  • Excellent, clear spoken and written English
