Based in our Tauranga office, you'll be part of a dedicated team of Coordinators responsible for answering calls and ensuring our clients receive continuous, high-quality care. Your main focus will be providing fast, responsive placement support services that help connect clients with the care they need, when they need it. We support individuals who are elderly, have physical disabilities, high medical needs, and/or challenging behaviours. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires exceptional organisation, the ability to think on your feet, and confidence working under pressure. You'll be in daily contact with a wide range of people, so strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach are key to your success.
Previous call centre experience would be advantageous
