Job summary

You will liaise with production, logistics and sales teams, oversee customer inquiries and complaints, monitor service quality, and prepare reports for senior management to improve client retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or account management.
• Experience supervising, guiding, or training client-facing staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to monitor service quality and analyze client feedback.
