Job summary

Auckland City Real Cassi Limited is seeking a Client Relations Manager to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensure satisfaction with products and services, and support business growth through effective account management and client engagement strategies.

The role requires liaising with students, parents, educational institutions and partners, handling enquiries and complaints, and implementing service improvements to sustain high standards across the educational services

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Education Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management or similar role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and educational institutions.
• Strong experience handling complex client enquiries, complaints and service issues.
• Experience supervising or training client-facing staff to maintain service standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyse client service data and prepare reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service policies and standards for high-quality services.
• Manage relationships with key clients and education-sector stakeholders to meet needs.
• Oversee client service operations and coordinate handling of enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise with students, parents, institutions and partners to address complex client matters.
• Manage escalated client complaints and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Develop procedures for collecting and responding to client feedback.
• Analyse client satisfaction and service data and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with education consultants and internal teams to communicate client requirements.
