Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Education Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in client relationship management or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service policies to ensure high-quality service across the business.
• Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other clients.
• Oversee client service operations including enquiries, orders, service requests, feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics and sales to meet delivery expectations.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements for client retention.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints with investigation and follow-up.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management based on client data.
