Job summary

Auckland City Foodtalk Limited is seeking a Client Relations Manager in Auckland to build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with products and services while supporting business growth through effective account management and client engagement strategies.

The role collaborates with production, logistics and sales teams to meet client requirements, address feedback, and drive service excellence across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Education Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of client relationship management or related experience.
• Ability to monitor service quality and implement improvements.
• Experience supervising or training client-facing staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Organisational and problem-solving abilities with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client service policies, procedures and standards.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and other business clients.
• Oversee inquiries, orders, service requests, feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics and sales teams to meet requirements.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements to satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated complaints with appropriate follow-up.
• Analyse client data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Guide staff on service standards and client relationship management.
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed client solutions.
