McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) is seeking a motivated Client Support role to assist Relationship Managers for Major and SME Fleets. The position focuses on admin tasks, quotations, orders, and delivering a professional service to clients and external customers.

Responsibilities include outbound communications, fleet reporting, and supporting growth initiatives while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Hybrid work model offered with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Business-related tertiary qualification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills required.
• Experience in a client support role, preferably in automotive or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers with quotations, orders and fleet tasks.
• Deliver professional customer service to external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage outbound client communications using marketing software and prepare fleet performance reports.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and drivers to understand needs and promote services.
• Assist with cross-sell and upsell opportunities and ensure compliance with company standards.
