Job summary

SG Fleet AU is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage inquiries, educate clients on vehicle leasing, and drive business opportunities. You will learn SG Fleet’s products and services, advise customers, and process requests end-to-end with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a commercial mindset are essential. A relevant business certificate and prior customer relations or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate in a relevant business-related field is required.
• Experience in customer relations/sales.
• Experience in creating teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to resolve problems to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong technical/numerical skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and coach team members.
• Business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of fleet management products, services, systems and processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and educate customers to help them make decisions about leasing a vehicle.
• Learn SG Fleet’s products, processes, contracts and services and advise customers.
• Process customer requests with other teams while ensuring end-to-end delivery is seamless for the customer.
• Resolve customer complaints following the Customer Complaint Management Process.
• Maintain accurate, timely system notes and apply customer service best practices.
