Job summary

DHL Supply Chain New Zealand is seeking an exceptional Client Operations Coordinator to join our Auckland team. You will support the team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment, ensuring accurate despatch of goods and timely, professional response to customer requests.

You will work closely with Supervisors on reporting, stock control, and inventory management, while maintaining documentation, standards and training across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment.
• Excellent customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Strong in inventory management and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests professionally and promptly.
• Assist supervisors with accurate performance reporting.
• Assist with inventory management of expired products and stock control.
• Assist with inward and outward despatch of goods.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation, standards and training for OMS responsibilities.
