Job summary

ALH Auckland is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our 3PL Warehouse and Export Handling teams in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive continuous improvement, develop people, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across day-to-day operations.

This is an hands-on role where your continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach will help shape the future of our operation.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of 3PL warehouse operations and export handling.
Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
Proactive leader who solves problems and improves how work is done.
Strong people leadership including coaching and performance management.
Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
Forklift and Reach Truck experience is a bonus.
Dangerous Goods Certification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
