Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Auckland is seeking a detail-oriented Product Setup Technician to maintain the warehouse and configuration centre, refurbish machines, and keep accurate records. This role draws on a fast-paced 3PL environment with a focus on quality and proactive problem solving.

You will join a collaborative team, support customer service, and contribute to a growing logistics operation with opportunities for global training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment or equivalent.
• Strong focus on service quality and accuracy.
• Proactive problem solving and initiative in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Warehouse and Configuration Centre to ensure good housekeeping.
• Refurbish machines following guidelines for resale.
• Configure new machines as required and keep accurate records in DHL systems.
• Carry out cyclic stock takes and ensure stock integrity.

We’re currently seeking a Product Setup Technician to join our team based in Highbrook, Auckland.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain the Warehouse and Configuration Centre to ensure good housekeeping is kept.


• Following set guidelines on machine refurbishment for resale.


• Following set guidelines on the configuration of new machines.


• Maintaining accurate records in DHL systems.


• Performing cyclic stock takes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment (or a willingness to learn).
