Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner for a full-time night shift in Christchurch, New Zealand. The role requires cleaning in commercial environments, use of floor scrubbers and burnishers, and window cleaning with gloves.

A valid NZ work right and a Driver’s Licence are essential, with English proficiency required for communications. Shift pattern is Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, offering hourly pay of $33.

The Role:

We have Full time position available, with shifts as follows:

Sunday-Thursday: 10:00PM-6:30AM

Hourly rates: $33

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment
• Experience in using floor scrubbers and burnishers.
• Experience in window cleaning with glove and blade.
• Is confident working at heights.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• Must be available to travel outside of Christchurch when required for work purposes (typically no more than twice per year).
• Full and valid Driver’s Licence required.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• You must be 18+ due to Company H&S policies.
• All communications including training and health & safety instructions are in English only. You must have good English speaking and comprehension skills.

You must have valid work rights in New Zealand.
